Close Up

From the very first time I photographed my work I was intrigued about taking close up shots of the texture and detail of the piece. The image becomes abstract and your eyes are drawn into the texture of the surface rather than the form. Here are a series of shots where I have tried to capture a close up of the different stages of my making process as well as elements of the finished pots.
